  1. Folklor Kurumu \u00fcye ve elemanlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda, yak\u0131nla\u015fmay\u0131, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 sevgi ve sayg\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel etkinlikler d\u00fczenlemek,<\/li>\n
  2. Folklorumuzun el sanatlar\u0131 konular\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 dernek binas\u0131nda yapmak ve sergilemek,<\/li>\n
  3. Derne\u011fimize gelir getirebilecek veya sayg\u0131nl\u0131k kazand\u0131racak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmak,<\/li>\n
  4. Sosyal sorumluluk projesi \u00fcretmek ve Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun onay\u0131 ile ilgili ulusal kurulu\u015flar ile ortakla\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Madde 2<\/strong>.
    \nFaaliyet Alan\u0131: 1. maddede belirtilen amaca uygun olarak;<\/p>\n

    1. \u0130htiyaca g\u00f6re bir ya da daha fazla de\u011fi\u015fik halk el sanatlar\u0131 alan\u0131nda \u00fcretime y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmak,<\/li>\n
    2. De\u011fi\u015fik halk el sanatlar\u0131 dal\u0131nda grubun amac\u0131na uygun \u00fcretim yapabilmek i\u00e7in ders verebilecek d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan \u00f6\u011freticiler bulmak ve \u00fcretim yapmak,<\/li>\n
    3. Sosyal \u0130li\u015fkiler M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Folklor Kurumu elemanlar\u0131 ya da di\u011fer folklorculara kurslarda elde edilen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle sergi a\u00e7mak,<\/li>\n
    4. Her d\u00f6nem sonu yap\u0131lan \u00fcretim \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ile kermes a\u00e7mak ve sat\u0131\u015f yoluyla Kuruma gelir sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Madde 3<\/strong>.
      \nKad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131; Kurum \u00fcyeleri aras\u0131ndan Y\u00f6netim Kurulu karar\u0131 ile atan\u0131r.
      \nBa\u015fkan; Y\u00f6netim Kurulundan atanma yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131ktan sonra asaleten g\u00f6reve atanm\u0131\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r.
      \nG\u00f6revi kabul ediyor ise atama tarihinden itibaren 15 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde y\u0131ll\u0131k ana program\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma programlar\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kadrosunu ve i\u00e7 t\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn di\u011fer maddelerinin \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hususlar\u0131 bir rapor halinde Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna sunmak ve onay almak zorundad\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sunulan raporu, Y\u00f6netim Kurulu ilk toplant\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp karara ba\u011flar. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rapor onaylanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde Ba\u015fkan g\u00f6sterilen sebepleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutarak 7 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde raporunu yeniler ve tekrar Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun onay\u0131na sunar.
      \nY\u00f6netim Kurulu bu raporu da yetersiz g\u00f6r\u00fcrse Ba\u015fkan g\u00f6revden azledilmi\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r.
      \nKad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revi bu raporun onay\u0131ndan sonra resmen ba\u015flar.
      \nKad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6rev s\u00fcresi, Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun g\u00f6rev s\u00fcresi kadard\u0131r.
      \nKad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revi her ne sebeple olursa olsun sona erdi\u011finde, Y\u00f6netim Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan asaleten ya da vek\u00e2leten yeni bir birim ba\u015fkan\u0131 atamas\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131ncaya kadar g\u00f6revine devam eder ve yapt\u0131r\u0131mlardan sorumludur.<\/p>\n

      Madde 4<\/strong>.
      \nKADINLAR KOLU BA\u015eKANLI\u011eININ G\u00d6REVLER\u0130 <\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131; yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 ile birlikte, y\u00fcr\u00fctece\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma temposunu, toplant\u0131 periyotlar\u0131n\u0131, sistemini, g\u00fcn ve saatlerini kendisi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r ve bilgi i\u00e7in Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna sunar. Al\u0131nacak karar icra organ\u0131n\u0131n karar defterine yaz\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n
      2. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 kendisi ve ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili Y\u00f6netim Kurulu karar\u0131na itiraz hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r. Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna sunaca\u011f\u0131 gerek\u00e7eli itiraz\u0131, Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun ilk toplant\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcl\u00fcr. Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun bu defa verece\u011fi karar kesindir.<\/li>\n
      3. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131; kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde, Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun onay\u0131n\u0131 alarak ge\u00e7ici \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma komisyonlar\u0131 olu\u015fturabilir. Bu komisyonun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 sorumludur.<\/li>\n
      4. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131; yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 veya g\u00f6revli kadrosunda yapaca\u011f\u0131 il\u00e2ve ve \u00e7\u0131karma teklifleri ile raporda bulunmayan etkinlikler i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlayaca\u011f\u0131 ek raporu Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun onay\u0131na sunmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/li>\n
      5. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131; gerek g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hallerde Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun bilgisi d\u00e2hilinde di\u011fer icra organlar\u0131 ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapabilir. Ancak, g\u00f6rev alan\u0131 net olmayan konularda, sorumlu icra organ\u0131na Y\u00f6netim Kurulu karar verir.<\/li>\n
      6. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131; yetki ve g\u00f6rev alanlar\u0131 konusunda di\u011fer icra organlar\u0131 ile uyu\u015fmazl\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna ba\u015fvurmak zorundad\u0131r. Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun verece\u011fi karar kesindir.<\/li>\n
      7. Di\u011fer icra organlar\u0131 ile yap\u0131lacak toplant\u0131lara bizzat Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131r; ancak<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u00f6nemli bir mazereti olursa bir yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6revlendirir. Bu durumda Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili toplant\u0131da al\u0131nan kararlardan yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 sorumludur.<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. G\u00f6reve gelen Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131, demirba\u015f ve dok\u00fcmantasyon envanterini \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r ve Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna iletir.<\/li>\n
        2. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131; Y\u00f6netim Kurulu onay\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n demirba\u015f sat\u0131n alamaz. Gerekli g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc demirba\u015flar\u0131 Genel Sekreterden zimmetli olarak al\u0131r ve kullan\u0131r. G\u00f6rev s\u00fcresi sona erdi\u011finde \u00fczerine kay\u0131tl\u0131 demirba\u015flar\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fekilde teslim etmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Derne\u011fe ait demirba\u015flar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ait olanlar\u0131n\u0131n, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slara verilebilmesini Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun onay\u0131na sunar.<\/li>\n
        3. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile ilgili faaliyet raporlar\u0131n\u0131 Genel Sekretere, mali raporlar\u0131 Genel Muhasibe verir.<\/li>\n
        4. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 esnas\u0131nda, Ba\u015fkana teknik y\u00f6nden m\u00fcdahale edilemez. Ancak o faaliyetin bitiminde, Y\u00f6netim Kurulu gerek g\u00f6r\u00fcrse uyar\u0131da bulunabilir. Genel sekreter, Y\u00f6netim Kurulu kararlar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131ndan sorumlu oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n faaliyetlerini takip edip ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.<\/li>\n
        5. l) Yap\u0131lacak T\u00fcm Faaliyetler:\n

          1. Ayl\u0131k rapor,<\/li>\n
          2. Her faaliyet i\u00e7in rapor,<\/li>\n
          3. Faaliyet sonu\u00e7 raporu \u015feklinde belirtilecek ve sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          4. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yapmay\u0131 planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc faaliyeti, \u00f6nceden Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna yaz\u0131 ile bildirip, onay almak zorundad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131, faaliyet bitiminde sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir rapor halinde Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna sunmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/li>\n
          5. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131; yapmakta oldu\u011fu veya yapaca\u011f\u0131 faaliyetler i\u00e7in mali kaynak yaratmak amac\u0131 i\u00e7inde olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc harcama i\u00e7in Y\u00f6netim Kurulundan onay almak zorundad\u0131r. Gerekli hallerde Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun belirleyece\u011fi miktar do\u011frultusunda avans sistemi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir. Her \u015fekilde fatura ve di\u011fer resmi evrak\u0131 Genel Muhasibe zaman\u0131nda teslim etmek zorundad\u0131r.<\/li>\n
          6. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131; \u00fc\u00e7er ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemler halinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 faaliyetler ile ilgili bir raporu Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna sunmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/li>\n
          7. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131; her ne sebeple olursa olsun g\u00f6revden ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, \u00fczerine kay\u0131tl\u0131 demirba\u015flar\u0131 ve tutmakla zorunlu oldu\u011fu defterleri Genel Sekretere, avans hesab\u0131n\u0131 da Genel Muhasibe vermek zorundad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Madde 5.<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun ili\u015fkilerini Genel Sekreter y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr; ancak Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rmak, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak ve Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma zaman\u0131n\u0131 daha iyi kullanabilmesine olanak vermek amac\u0131 ile Y\u00f6netim Kurulu gerek g\u00f6r\u00fcrse bir \u00fcyesini Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan sorumlu olarak g\u00f6revlendirebilir. Bunu yapmaz ise sorumluluk ve yetki genel sekreterindir.<\/p>\n

            Madde 6.<\/strong>
            \nKADINLAR KOLU BA\u015eKANLI\u011eININ \u0130\u00c7YAPISI<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Grup Ba\u015fkan\u0131 kendisine \u00fcyelerden en az 2 en \u00e7ok 4 say\u0131da yard\u0131mc\u0131 ve gerekli olmas\u0131 halinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmas\u0131 amac\u0131 ile Folklor Kurumu \u00fcyesi olan veya \u00fcyeli\u011fe hak kazanmayan Folklor Kurumu mensubu ki\u015filerden en fazla 4 (D\u00d6RT) g\u00f6revli daha se\u00e7erek Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun onay\u0131na sunar.
            \nY\u00f6netim Kurulu gerekli g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hallerde ret ya da de\u011fi\u015fiklik karar\u0131 alabilir.
            \nKad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131; kadrosunun hareket ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna kar\u015f\u0131 sorumludur.<\/p>\n

            Kad\u0131n Kolu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131; ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131;<\/p>\n

            1. Vekil ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131,<\/li>\n
            2. Muhasebeden sorumlu ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131,<\/li>\n
            3. Planlama ve Organizasyon M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden sorumlu ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131,<\/li>\n
            4. Bili\u015fim Kolundan sorumlu ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 olarak g\u00f6revlendirir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Kad\u0131n Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 g\u00f6revden almak istedi\u011fi yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 veya g\u00f6revlisi ile ilgili gerek\u00e7eleri belirterek yapt\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun onay\u0131na sunar. Yard\u0131mc\u0131lar ve g\u00f6revliler Ba\u015fkan\u0131n kendilerine verdi\u011fi g\u00f6revi yerine getirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcrler.<\/p>\n

                Madde 7.<\/strong>
                \nHi\u00e7bir yard\u0131mc\u0131 ve g\u00f6revli, Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00e2hilindeki sorunlar konusunda Y\u00f6netim Kurulu ile do\u011frudan ili\u015fki kuramaz. Ancak sorun Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ile ilgili ise Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna ba\u015fvurabilir.<\/p>\n

                1. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131, Y\u00f6netim Kurulundan yetki almadan d\u0131\u015f yaz\u0131\u015fma yapamaz.<\/li>\n
                2. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u0131\u015f yaz\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 mutlaka \u00fc\u00e7 n\u00fcsha olarak d\u00fczenlemelidir. Bir sureti yaz\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lan adrese g\u00f6nderilecek, ikinci n\u00fcsha Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca dosyalan\u0131p saklanacak, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc n\u00fcsha ise Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna sunulacak olan rapora eklenecektir. Yaz\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yabanc\u0131 dilde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde, \u00e7evirilerin ekli olarak sunulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/li>\n
                3. Yaz\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7in mutlaka gelen-giden evrak defteri tutulacak ve bu defterde g\u00f6nderilen yaz\u0131 ile gelen cevap yaz\u0131lar\u0131 ili\u015fkilendirilecektir. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 her faaliyet sonunda faaliyetler ile ilgili bir rapor yaz\u0131p Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna sunmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/li>\n
                4. Yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131\u015fmalar ile ilgili adres, tel, faks vb. ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ile ilgili bilgiler Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca tutulacak bir ana fihristte saklan\u0131r.<\/li>\n
                5. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 yaz\u0131\u015fmalar s\u0131ras\u0131nda kendisine g\u00f6nderilen belge, bilgi, video, bant, kitap, dia, dergi, foto\u011fraf gibi dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131 tutanakla, ilgili birime g\u00f6nderir. Kad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ve yaz\u0131\u015fmalar sonucu ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi olas\u0131 etkinlikler i\u00e7in kabul ya da ret cevab\u0131n\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun onay\u0131n\u0131 alarak kar\u015f\u0131 tarafa bildirebilir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun onay\u0131 al\u0131nmadan; dernek ad\u0131na bas\u0131n bildirisi d\u00e2hil hi\u00e7bir taahh\u00fct ya da yapt\u0131r\u0131ma girilemez, derne\u011fin h\u00fckmi \u015fahsiyetini ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalar yap\u0131lamaz, dernek ad\u0131na konuk olunamaz. Aksi takdirde sorumluluk Ba\u015fkana aittir.<\/p>\n

                    \nKad\u0131nlar Kolu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda haftada 2 yar\u0131m g\u00fcn Kurumda mesai yapmak zorundad\u0131r. Bu mesainin g\u00fcn ve saatleri detay programla Y\u00f6netim Kuruluna bildirilir.<\/p>\n

                    Madde 11.<\/strong>
                    \nBu i\u00e7 T\u00fcz\u00fckte belirtilmemi\u015f veya atlanm\u0131\u015f hususlarda Folklor Kurumu Ana T\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ilgili maddelerindeki h\u00fck\u00fcmler uygulan\u0131r.
                    \nBu \u0130\u00e7 T\u00fcz\u00fck 04.11.2018 tarihli genel kurul karar\u0131 ile yetki verilen Y\u00f6netim Kurulunca d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun 16.03.2020 tarih ve 2020\/84 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131 ile y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n
